It started yesterday with me in a tree:
and then continued this morning with a bowl of Oranges
And a bunch of carrots:
And ended with a pitcher of Orange Juice:
And a carrot cake:
(recipe)All in all, not a bad way to spend a Friday. There was some laundry and other chores, but those aren't nearly as fun to take photos of.
This weekend will be our first hike into the Redwoods. I promise photos.

mmm, carrot cake and orange juice. I've had oj maybe everyday so far. next time, you can use the zest in the carrot cake. unless you did of course.
Good call. I've been trying to come up with creative things to use the zest for. Next up - orange pie. The same as key lime, but with oj :-)
